Six major reasons for unstable labeling of automatic labeling machines

When using an automatic labeling machine for labeling, there may be various hazards to the equipment during the entire production process, which may cause the labeling operation to fail, such as improper operation. Of course, if the automatic labeling machine cannot be cleared of defects in a timely manner, it will affect the production progress and bring unnecessary trouble to the enterprise. Handling method for unstable labeling position of automatic labeling machine:

1. The tape pressing device may not be tightly pressed, causing the tape to loosen and inaccurate electric eye detection. Press the label tightly.

2. Perhaps the traction tissue is slipping or not tightly pressed, resulting in the inability to smoothly remove the backing paper. Tight traction tissue treatment, if it is too tight, the label will be pulled askew, and it is better to be able to pull the backing paper normally. (Usually, if the bottom paper is wrinkled when pulled out, it should be pressed too tightly.)

3. The object being pasted has different shapes or positions. Control product quality.

4. The placed object should be parallel to the direction of the label (pay attention to whether the product moves during the labeling process, and the support rod on the left side can be appropriately raised a little higher than the right side)

5. The pasted object should ensure smooth rolling on the labeling station (be careful not to touch the peeling board). When the object is too light, the covering pole should be lowered to press the pasted object down

6. In the dual label situation, the active labeling machine produces a single label (1). After producing a single label, the workpiece keeps rolling because there is no delay set for the second label, and the machine is waiting for the second label labeling signal. (2) After issuing a single label, the workpiece stops. It is because there is signal disturbance in the measuring electric eye (resetting the electric eye) or abnormal delay control (clicking twice on Jog 2, then clicking twice on Jog 1).
