Hardware stamping parts are commonly used parts in the fields of metal processing and mechanical manufacturing. Stamping processing is a processing method that uses molds to separate or form metal plates and strips. Its application range is very broad. The materials used by automobile sealing strip manufacturers are mainly hot-rolled or cold-rolled (mainly cold-rolled) metal sheet and strip materials, such as carbon steel plate, alloy steel plate, spring steel plate, galvanized plate, tinplate, stainless steel plate, copper and copper alloy plate, aluminum and aluminum alloy plate, etc. Today, the hardware stamping manufacturer introduces the sliding line method for hardware stamping parts.

The basic assumption of the slip line method is that the thickness of the sheet metal flange remains constant, it is in a plane strain state, the material is isotropic, there is no hardening, and the influence of friction distribution on plastic flow is not considered.

Geometric mapping method:

This method was first proposed by R. Sowerby et al., who believed that boundary conditions such as deformation force, stress-strain relationship, and boundary friction could be disregarded, and the mapping from workpiece to billet could be achieved based on certain assumptions.

Empirical methods:

This method is mainly based on some empirical calculation formulas, so its application range is affected, mainly applied to deployable stamping parts with relatively simple shapes (such as rotating parts, bending parts, or stamping parts composed of these simple shapes). Overall, the method of unfolding the free surface of plate components based on experience is a fitting property method, and its accuracy is influenced by many factors such as the richness of user experience, the empirical formula used for rubber sealing strips, and the selection of specific process parameters. Its accuracy needs to be further improved.
